Appointment & Late Arrival Policy
At Freedom Integrative Wellness, we value your time and strive to provide each patient with the attention and care they deserve. To help our team stay on schedule and ensure every patient receives their full appointment time, please review our updated policies:
Cancellation Policy
Per our Appointment Agreement, our office requires at least 24 hours (1 business day) notice to avoid being charged a missed appointment fee.
Late Arrival Policy
Patients arriving 15 minutes or more late will be asked to reschedule and will be subject to the missed appointment fee.
